a soccer wrap-up.

highlights from connor's fall soccer season.  he had lots of fun playing with 2 of his buddies.  he loved wearing some of ben's old cleats {thanks so much for letting us borrow them ben!!}.  thanks to all who came and supported him!

the last game was especially muddy and for a boy who spends a lot of his time on the ground, it was pretty much inevitable that this was going to happen!

mabel started a dance class this fall. we signed her up for a class tap and ballet class with bella. she goes once a week and can't get enough of it! it's been so fun to see her find something that she truly enjoys.

water world.

each summer we try to have "water world" a few times. this year we only had it once. this year did not disappoint. it's pretty much a huge water party in the backyard. we turn on sprinkles, hoses, slip 'n slides, a pool, water guns, buckets...pretty much whatever we can think of. cory made a bigger slip 'n slide from one of the tarps left over from the flood. we invited some cousins and had a great time!

a day on the lake.

a few weeks before school started we finally got out to the lake to go boating. it was a great little get-a-way for the day. this kids love the water and love to boat. at first we headed to echo, but because of lack of water issues due to construction on the dam, we headed back down to pineview. just as fun and even closer to home!
